We really do want to give a perfect service all of the time. However we are still human and mistakes and miscommunications occasionally do happen. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to put things right. If there is any part of our service you are not 100% satisfied with please reply directly to the email containing either the work-order or the invoice and the correct person will go out of our way to sort out any problems.
Jay did the work very quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and personable. He tidied up any dust from the work and made sure I was happy with it before asking me to sign that the job was complete. I was very happy with Jay and would happily use his services again.
