All our Saints undergo a rigorous interview and probation process. This means that you are getting a person who can not only solve all your maintenance problems but also has great communication skills, copes well under pressure and understands the value of customer relations.
Our Silver Service is focused on delivering a great service on every visit. We want you to feel like you have struck gold in discovering the Silver Saints and take pride in recommending us to your friends.
This Silver Service includes:
Booking
Booking enquiries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team. We will discuss your requirement with you and give you a rough estimate of cost at the booking stage. Jobs scheduled for a specific date and time that you are available. Allowing for a 60 minute arrival window. Payment details will be taken from you at the time of booking.
Billing
Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card within 24 hours of the end of each visit. A copy of the paid invoice and a feedback request will be emailed to you once the payment has been approved. Our dedicated Operations Team, based in Central London, are on call to discuss any jobs you need doing, as well as manage your booking until completion.
Service
We'll keep you informed on the day of the job if the handyman is running either ahead or behind schedule. When the handyman arrives he will assess all the jobs you want doing and give you a more accurate cost estimate. The handyman will undertake the work, make certain you are happy with the result and clean up after himself. Once your work is completed the handyman will email you a work-order as a pdf attachment directly from his smartphone.
